What makes a good leader? Someone who is open to development, able to embrace new perspectives, and constantly seeking opportunities to develop further, both as a leader and as a person.

GYSEV’s Leadership Competence Development Programme supports precisely this approach: participants can develop the competencies required for leadership whilst broadening their knowledge through a variety of professional and practical topics.

Three employees of GYSEV CARGO Zrt. have also successfully completed the programme. Among other things, participants explored topics such as communication, managing leadership roles and situations, collaboration, as well as interpersonal relationships and recognising different leadership situations.
